Buyan is a nonbinary queer illustrative blackwork tattoo artist. Their subject interests include biodiversity, mythology, folklore, animals, plants, artist collaborations, and occasional colour pieces. They work at Patchwork Art Studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Tattooing since 2015.

Buyan is a certified GMB Fitness personal trainer. They want to help tattoo artists and creatives, gain physical autonomy to continue to do what they love. As well as trans, non-binary, queer, neurodivergent and otherwise marginalized people move with confidence. They’re available for private coaching in Coal Harbor neighborhood. Certified since 2024.
